Community located in Dutchess County, situated on a 70-acre site adjacent to
their 120-bed Skilled Nursing Center. The complex is designed to blend in with
the neighboring Village of Rhinebeck.
The community
will consist of 54 Independent Living Units, 1 Guest Suite, 26 Enriched Housing
Units, along with a central Commons area, swimming pool and an Assisted Living
Center.
