Pavilion
Catskill, New York
The first
phase of the Pavilion was completed in 1991 in a residential style and consisted
of a 40-bed Adult Home. The second phase was completed in 1995, which includes
50 Assisted Living Units, dining, activity and social areas. The Assisted
Living Addition was designed to blend with the existing adult home. Units were
grouped around a courtyard and designed in a residential style utilizing
residential materials such as vinyl siding and asphalt shingles.
