Eden Park Residential Healthcare Facility

Eden Park Management commissioned Angerame Architects to design a 242-bed Long Term Care Facility that replaced two current facilities in Troy, New York.  The project is designed in a residential style utilizing a unique double resident room design, which allows each resident complete privacy of each other, while visual access to a common bay window is not compromised.

The Nurses’ Stations are located at the core of each wing and open up to a “hotel-style” lobby area, adjacent to the lounge where patients, visitors and residents gather.
