The Beverwyck is a Senior Retirement Community that was Master Planned in 1990 to include 180 Independent Living Apartments and 15 Cottage Units. 

The Commons Area, which forms the meeting area of the community, consists of 2 restaurants, sitting areas, library, hobby room, multi-purpose room, general meeting space, country store and central kitchen.

The Beverwyck is a forerunner in Retirement Communities for New York State and maintains a high standard among the industry.
