Design Approach

Our approach to architectural design is based on a strong working relationship between the Project Team we assemble for each project and the client, consultants and construction manager.

Our focus is on thorough up-front planning and scheduling, followed by equally thorough attention to detail and aggressive project implementation to ensure adherence to budget and schedule requirements.

We work closely with the Owner and their representatives throughout the planning, architectural design, construction document and construction phases.  We listen intently to our clients and offer professional opinion throughout the process.    The final decision as to how a project develops is based on our client’s direction.  We understand how important this project is to everyone involved, including those who will live and work in the community.

It is our standard practice to work with and involve all necessary regulating officials.  The involvement of these officials has been a key element in the past, and typically, results in a smoother project approval process.
